I also liked how she presented homes in her listings. She hires a professional photographer to do your home pictures. Your home, no matter what price range it is, gets the same professional treatment as very high-priced homes.
Cindy wants to do her best to make your home look as attractive as possible so it will sell quickly and well. She has an amazing team that helps work their magic at affordable prices. One member of her team even constructed a new stone countertop for our kitchen and installed a new sink and faucet as well.
The landscaper on her team is the best I have ever seen. He will transform your property to make it as appealing as possible. We wish we could transport him to where we are now living. He is that good. We even had him do the power washing for our home because we knew he would do such an outstanding job. It is Cindy who has attracted and vetted this great team.
After your home is ready for sale, Cindy knows how to price it well. She knows her comps and is also open to what sellers are thinking. If you are painting or replacing carpeting, she will also make some color and product recommendations.
In addition to all the energy and expertise Cindy brings to her job, she is a very accomplished and spiritual woman who will always uplift and energize those around her. My husband loved talking with her because of her endless optimism and upbeat “can-do” inspirational spirit.
Through past experiences, we were so saddened to learn what a cut-throat and selfish business real estate can be. Coming from such negative realtor experiences, Cindy was a breath of fresh air.
If I had to have one criticism, it would be that she was not always available when we wanted to talk to her or follow up on some loose ends. However, everything ultimately was done. Being so successful, she is often very busy. We had to rely more on her because we were living out of state.
Since my home’s listing, Cindy now has her own support team dedicated to her clients. I think that will help with the smaller details and free her up to what she does best – to help her clients buy and sell their homes for the best prices.
Our home was listed in June and closed on August 31. We had two offers and sold at just $3,000 below our asking price. That was mainly because of an appraisal that was lower than it should have been.
Take care when making the decision to hire a REALTOR®. You want someone who is technologically savvy, energetic and proactive both in trying to sell your home or helping you to buy one. Check their listings and read their reviews. Then after connecting with them, make sure the chemistry is right.
